We are aware that busy homeowners and builders sometimes need a little extra help while constructing or renovating a house and getting it ready for the final inspection and move-in. Neatly offers a full heavy-duty cleaning service while working around you to ensure your cleaning is done when you need it and with minimal disruption.
* The construction or renovation MUST be completed and the property must have running water, working electricity, and lights. We cannot adequately clean your home if construction is still underway as there is no guarantee that they won't undo the cleaning work we've done.

Because no two residencies are the same, many factors go into determining your customized price. Pricing depends on square footage, the level of cleaning required, linen laundry, supplies, etc. Neatly will gladly meet with you and evaluate your cleaning needs before giving you a quote.
We do reserve the right to re-quote your clean upon arrival. In certain circumstances a place is left in conditions that would require a longer allotted time for the clean.
