Optional add-ons: linen laundry, outside window cleaning (lower level), amenities package, mid-stay maid service, BBQ heavy-duty clean.

## Process

- **View**: Neatly visits your property, walks through the space, and understands your specific cleaning needs so the quote is accurate.
- **Quote**: A detailed, itemised quote is prepared and sent, outlining exactly what is included so there are no surprises.
- **Clean**: Once the quote is accepted, Neatly schedules the clean and completes it against a documented checklist.

## Products and equipment

- Primary cleaning products: [Ecostore](https://ecostore.com) — biodegradable, plant and mineral based, septic and greywater safe, PETA certified cruelty-free, non-GMO ingredients.
- Stronger non-eco products used only where required (e.g. oven cleaning, mould removal).
- Neatly provides its own vacuum, mop, bucket, and step stool. Clients can supply their own products for specialty surfaces (granite, specific floor or carpet products) with written instructions.

## Guarantee and policies

- **Neatly Happiness Guarantee**: If a client is not satisfied, they can report it within 24 hours and Neatly will return to make it right. Not eligible: cleans completed more than 24 hours ago, items not on the checklist, homes not in standard condition (biohazards, hoarding), extra services not booked on the original appointment.
- **Re-quoting**: Neatly reserves the right to re-quote on arrival if a property is in significantly worse condition than described.
- **Cancellations**: Free if cancelled more than 24 hours before service. $35 fee if cancelled within 24 hours of a confirmed booking or on the day of service.
- **Billing**: One-off cleans invoiced by email after the clean. Recurring Airbnb clients invoiced fortnightly. Cash-free online payment only.
- **Services not offered (safety reasons)**: chandelier cleaning, wet-wiping light bulbs, biohazard cleaning (mould, blood, etc.), moving heavy furniture, animal waste/litter/insects, heavy wall scrubbing, areas requiring more than a 2-step ladder, exterior windows on two-storey or hard-to-reach homes.
